Dave Ehrie has been working in the HVAC industry since 2000, when he began as a high school co-op student fabricating sheet metal ductwork. Over the past 25+ years, he has gained experience in nearly every aspect of the trade, including installation, service, sales, estimating, project management, and operations leadership.

Throughout his career, Dave has led multiple teams across various departments and developed a strong understanding of both the technical and business sides of the HVAC industry. He is known for his hands-on experience, leadership skills, and commitment to delivering quality results for customers and organizations.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family and participating in shooting sports. One of his greatest joys is being a grandfather and spending time with his granddaughter.
