Throughout his 21 years of residential, commercial and industrial wiring, Mike Piripavel has come to achieve a great understanding and appreciation of the ability to effectively communicate and understand customer needs to resolve issues and provide high-quality service. With the ever-growing improvement within Bei, Faust, Meisner and Elek family Mike takes pride in the many new tasks and reasonability’s he receives from office and warehouse management to the field installation.

Since coming to the world of HVAC, Mike has enjoyed being able to input his electrical knowledge to aid in the growth of the residential electrical department while learning the requirements on the HVAC side of things.

When he is not focused on work Mike enjoys spending his time with his wife and two young boys, from house projects to family beach trips making family memories has always been a top priority.
