Randy Meisner brings over 40 years of expertise in the HVAC and electrical contracting industry. In 1985, he co-founded Meisner Electric, Inc. alongside his father, John Meisner. The company soon expanded its focus to both HVAC and electrical services, rebranding as Meisner Services to reflect its comprehensive offerings. Over the years, Randy has successfully completed countless commercial and residential projects, building a reputation for quality and reliability.

After John’s retirement in 2008, Randy took the reins, guiding the company’s growth and continuing its tradition of excellence. As a master electrician with a City of Allentown Sheet Metal License, Randy combines technical expertise with decades of hands-on experience. In October 2024, Meisner Services merged with BEI, where Randy now serves as a Commercial HVAC Estimator and Project Manager, ensuring clients receive top-tier solutions tailored to their needs.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time outdoors and on the water, sharing these moments with his wife, family, and close friends.
